Apple Pie in a Glass

Servings: One (1) Prep Time: 5 min. Cook Time: 5 min.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups fat free or lowfat milk
3 Tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate
1/2 cup lowfat vanilla frozen yogurt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions
Mix ingredients in a blender.  Blend until smooth.  Serve and enjoy.
